Join HAP and Henry Ford Health Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention on how to create the best smoothie for you. As a healthier snack or meal replacement, smoothies can combine fruits, vegetables, proteins and “super foods” in ways that boost health. This presentation includes a demonstration, sampling and recipes with nutrition information.
