Join Sandy Naimou, Certified Yoga Instructor in the comfort of your home for a four-week livestream series to learn Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This is a systematic practice that helps create and maintain both strength and flexibility in the body, offering a rounded practice. A systematic approach with a specific laid out order of exercises, this practice is adaptable to the individual, and organized so that once learned, it can be practiced individually. You’ll receive a list with the order and names of the postures that we’ll cover over the four-week session.
