About DSEHP

The Dearborn Schools Employee Healthcare Program (DSEHP) was formed in 2011 to support all union and non-union employees of the DPS school system. To facilitate an environment that encourages a healthy work-life balance, we provide: healthcare benefit assistance, a wellness program, and other resources to support any physical, financial, emotional/social and career needs you may have.

Our Mission

We believe our members represent our most important resource; their health and well-being are crucial to this organization and its goals. The mission of the wellness committee is to encourage members’ personal and professional productivity and to foster a culture that supports healthier lifestyle choices.
