Circuits

Join Jackie Byrne, Certified Personal Trainer for this full-body workout rotating through strength and cardio circuits. During class you will increase your heart rate, build lean muscle, and keep your body moving.  No equipment is needed as exercises will be done with bodyweight.  You may incorporate fitness bands and weights (available on-site) if desired and other modification options will be given.  The level of difficulty of this class is intermediate to advanced.
