About DSEHP
The Dearborn Schools Employee Healthcare Program (DSEHP) was formed in 2011 to support all union and non-union employees of the DPS school system. To facilitate an environment that encourages a healthy work-life balance, we provide: healthcare benefit assistance, a wellness program and other resources to support any physical, financial, emotional/social, career needs you may have.

Open Enrollment is typically throughout the month of May. However, if you were hired during the summer or after the school year begins, your open enrollment window will vary. Certain changes in the household also qualify to allow changes in benefits.
