Better Backs
Join Jackie Byrne, Certified Personal Trainer for this all-levels workshop, but especially helpful for those who have mid to low back pain and tightness. Participants will go through different stretches to help loosen tight muscles that result from day-to-day tasks such as sitting at a desk, manual labor, and any other hands-on tasks. We will train the core and strengthen the glutes and back muscles, which will all help to reduce pain.
