This class will focus on lengthening and stretching the entire body. Self-myofascial release is a specific type of stretching that is done with either a foam roller or a tennis ball.  These items will help massage through the muscles and release any tender “trigger points” ultimately leading to your body feeling less pain and having a healthier range of motion.
