DESCRIPTION:The DSEHP is happy to bring all Dearborn Public Schools Employees a FREE class led by Jackie Byrne\, Certified Personal Trainer. This class will focus on lengthening and stretching the entire body. Self-myofascial release is a specific type of stretching that is done with either a foam roller or a tennis ball.  These items will help massage through the muscles and release any tender “trigger points” ultimately leading to your body feeling less pain and having a healthier range of motion. Class also focuses on stretches that can be done at your desk or chair. \n* You are welcome to bring your own foam roller or tennis ball\, but the instructor will have also have some on hand.
